Auto-delist, restock, and sell similar
Understand the separate settings for ending linked listings, replenishing Vinted listings, and refreshing unsold listings.
Review auto-delist directions
Settings offers auto-delist switches for marketplace pairs. Check the source-to-target direction you rely on, such as eBay → Vinted, rather than assuming every direction shares one switch.
Keep the relevant seller connections healthy.
Check linked listing state after a sale.
Investigate a failed delist promptly when stock has sold out.
Use restock auto relist for remaining stock
The restock setting can queue another Vinted listing after a Vinted sale when eBay stock remains. Individual item overrides take precedence over the global toggle.
Verify remaining physical stock before enabling the workflow.
Review the Restock auto relist field on the item.
Check the queued result and new marketplace listing.
Refresh unsold listings with sell similar
Auto sell similar ends unsold listings and publishes fresh ones after the configured interval. Settings include marketplace toggles, a daily limit, price reductions, a minimum price floor, and a recent-favourites skip window.
Use the Inventory Sell similar action for a manual selection.
Review the price floor before enabling automatic reductions.
Relisting deletes favourites; use the skip window if recent interest should protect a listing.
