Prepare postage, categories, and channel-specific details before publishing.
Prepare a shipping profile
Use Shipping Profiles to define a descriptive name, delivery mode, postage payer, handling time, and services. The form shows the settings relevant to the delivery mode.
Check service costs and any additional-item cost.
Use a rate card if you need different costs by package size.
Review the fallback profile when using Simple Delivery.
Apply the profile
Choose the eBay shipping profile in the item or listing template, or use the postage override in Bulk List. Where needed, use Sync to eBay and check the last synced status.
Check package weight and dimensions where required.
Verify the postage shown on the published listing.
Do not assume an eBay profile also configures Vinted or Depop shipping.
Review marketplace fields
Use each marketplace tab to confirm category, price, condition, and required attributes. A suggested category is a starting point, especially when importing from a different marketplace.
Choose the most appropriate category for the item.
Check size, brand, and other required details.
Resolve validation errors before retrying publication.
