Templates, bulk listing, and scheduling
Reuse listing defaults, prepare a batch, and choose when marketplace listings should be published.
Save reusable defaults
Listing templates can store default marketplaces, a minimum stock threshold, publish mode, schedule offset, shipping profile, description template, and category defaults.
Choose a descriptive template name.
Use Save draft while checking a new workflow.
Review category and postage defaults for the items you will apply them to.
Prepare a selection
Select items in Inventory and use Bulk List. Choose a starter or saved template, optional postage override, minimum threshold, and publish mode. Missing marketplace targets are prepared before that mode is applied.
Review the selected items and marketplace readiness.
Resolve missing fields on individual items.
Start with a small batch before applying the same template widely.
Check scheduled and bulk results
Choose Schedule and set Schedule for when you want publication later. Follow the status for each item; one item completing does not mean the entire selection succeeded.
Review Next scheduled and marketplace state in Inventory.
Check failures individually before retrying.
Use Bulk Delist when you intend to end live or queued-to-go-live listings.
